I’m an online strength coach for women who are ready to stop playing small and finally step into their power—mentally, physically, and emotionally. I grew up an athlete and spent years competing in sports, which gave me discipline, drive, and a deep love for movement. But like many women, I eventually found myself disconnected from that version of me. Lifting weights became the thing that brought me back—not just physically, but mentally. It reignited my confidence, my structure, and my ability to feel strong in every part of my life.
Now, after nearly six years on my own fitness journey, I help other women do the same. My coaching is built on structure, support, and real strategy.
